10 days to go apparently

So I am not sure when the days reset was done but apparently I have ten days to go according to HOMER app and I am not going to argue

W00t! That’s probably right, but since I am having such treasured “me” time I am sure it will all just flit by in the blink of an eye.

On a more serious note, I took delivery of my computer display yesterday. It was delivered by a Ninja apparently.

What for me was fascinating is that instead of tracking via a tracking app, the tracking was via Facebook Messenger. I am not sure if I should be delighted or scared.

Either way, it arrived! I got it set up pretty quickly though some assembly was required. Now I just need to work out how I will get it to my next destination ahead of our actual digs which are still a bit TBD at this stage.

Though SG is an ‘island’ it is still quite a big Island and getting from one side to another does take a bit of time with traffic etc. Ultimately we could live pretty much anywhere but it will be a balance between accessibility to work and places we would regularly go.

We had the same challenges in London and Seattle for that matter. Do you want to be in the thick of it or on the periphery or rural.

We have yet to start using public transport or biking so that is all a bit unknown but from what I’ve heard and seen the green buses are common, frequent and offer good routes.
